Model 915 has a capacity of 10 standard pint jars as well as 7 standard quart jars and is suitable for gas, electric, or flat top stoves. This could cause damage to the stove top for which Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry will not be liable. If you do use it on a flat top stove, use caution not to drop the unit from any distance onto the stove surface. **The 15.5 Qt Model 915 is NOT suitable for canning smoked fish.
