The C42REFKIT Reference Thermometer Kit: comprises a C42F Food Thermometer, a PX22L Thermistor (PST) Food Penetration Probe, a TX27L Temperature Test Cap as well as an MC28 Hard Carrying Case. Temperature Alarms are now standard across the C4X range of Thermometers alerting you to out of parameter temperatures (fully user programmable). The C42F Food Thermometer has a Battery life greater than 5,000 Hours from two convenient AA cells and the 4-button keypad keeps operation simple.
The PX22L Food Penetration Probe: (PST/White) is a thermistor sensor probe built for food applications. There is also BioCote Antimicrobial Protection in the probe handle to avoid the risk of cross contamination. It has a 0.7m straight lead as well as white end cap.
The TX27L Thermometer Test Cap: (+32°F) with 6-pin Lumberg type connector for simulation of temperature of +32°F.
