This kettle highlights six presets to steep each tea at its ideal temperature, or adjust from 160˚F to 212˚F (71˚C to 100˚C) to customize the setting. When you lift the kettle off the base, it puts itself on “hold.” Put it back on the base and the cycle picks up right where it left off. This 1500-watt stainless steel kettle heats 1.7 litres of water fast, as well as our Keep Warm option keeps water at the set temperature for 30 minutes.
