This Food Pan Transport Carrier is stackable as well as made of polypropylene and thick foam insulation. It comes with a long-lasting latch and air tight gaskets to maintain safe food temperatures for hours with no need for electricity. It is an ideal solution to store full-size, 1/2, and 1/3 size pans of hot or cold food. The vent cover helps equalize the pressure allowing the container to be opened more quickly. The molded-in handles are ergonomic. This unit can transport six 2 1/2” deep pans, four 4” deep pans, three 6" deep pans, or two 8”-deep pans. Dolly is sold separately item #80189.
