All knives in the series are made from one piece of stainless special recipe steel with a fine Pakka wood handle. Dragon combines Chinese culture stretching back over 5,000 years with modern design as well as traditional craftsmanship. The highlight is that each knife bears a poem by a Chinese well-known poet, litterateur or philosopher, each representing one of the seven major Chinese dynasties.
